Do I need to vacate my home during treatment?
No, not typically. There are some treatments, like flea service, that require you to leave your home for a couple of hours.
Are your products labeled for home use?
Every product we use is approved for home use by the appropriate regulatory agencies.
How long until I see results?
That depends on what we're treating. You'll get very fast results for carpet beetle for example, but things like ants or cockroaches take a period of time due to colony baiting.
How do I pay for your service?
Payment will be expected at time of service. We don't believe in binding customers up in contracts, contract cancellation fees, etc. We find it unnecessary. Our work speaks for itself
and we have confidence that you'll stick with us without being bound in a contract.
I see other companies offering coupons. Why don't you?
Prices cover labor, fuel, product. When companies offer coupons on services, they aren't losing out on income to cover those costs. Simply, they have over-priced their services in order
to present a coupon making it look like it is service at a discount. We don't believe in those practices.
Why do you have a price list for services? I've never seen that before for pest control.
We believe in transparency. We don't play hard-sell pressure games. We want you to be informed up front so that you can make the best choices for you, your family, your household.
Our price list reflects the price that people will pay most often for service. Severe problems may require a higher price due to intensity of service required. If inspection reveals
a complicated problem, you will be informed ahead of time.
Do you guarantee your service?
Tricky question. No one can guarantee that a service will be the absolute end of your pest problem (if they are honest). What they can do (again, if they're honest) is stand behind their work.
What does this mean? Well, it means that they should clearly inform you that some services are prolonged and take time while other types of service see immediate results and make sure you
understand the difference. We are committed to making your home safe and comfortable. We stand behind our work, our experience, and will be transparent in every situation. Your satisfaction

Are there things I need to do?
Yes, at times. Some services require prep. Flea service, for example, requires a floor clear of toys, shoes, etc. so that the entire floor can be treated.
